The Master of Ministry in Biblical Studies (M.Min.) in Biblical Teaching and Leadership is designed for students who desire to deepen their understanding of Scripture while developing practical ministry leadership skills.

This graduate program combines strong biblical study with practical application to prepare students for effective service in the Body of Christ. Students explore leadership, teaching, prayer, theology, and the New Testament pattern of the Church while growing in their personal walk with the Lord.

This program is especially valuable for those serving or preparing to serve in pastoral leadership, teaching, evangelism, and other ministry roles.

Courses in the Master of Ministry in Biblical Studies Program

1) APTH 5600 – Experiencing God: Knowing and Doing the Will of God

This course explores how believers can live in the reality of God’s presence and learn to discern His will. Students study the role of Scripture, theology, and revelation knowledge in developing a Spirit-filled life. This course is the prerequisite for the remaining courses in the M.Min. program.


2) APTH 5650 – Kingdom Dynamics: Living According to the Kingdom

This course examines the message of the Kingdom of God and how believers are called to live according to its principles. Special attention is given to the Sermon on the Mount and its teachings on character, righteousness, and Kingdom living.


3) APTH 5675 – Becoming an Agent of Change: Contemporary Ethics

Students examine the biblical foundations of Christian ethics and apply scriptural principles to modern issues such as family life, honesty, education, economics, and cultural challenges.


4) APTH 5725 – The Organic Body of Christ: A Return to New Testament Foundations

This course explores God’s design for the Church as revealed in the New Testament. Students examine the concept of the Church as a living spiritual organism rather than merely an institution.


5) INTC 5700 – The Supernatural Power of Intercessory Prayer

This course provides instruction and inspiration for developing a strong life of intercessory prayer. Students learn practical approaches and biblical foundations for effective prayer ministry.


6) MINN 5200 – Finding Your Purpose: Understanding the Fivefold Ministry

An in-depth study of the ministry gifts of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers. Students examine how these gifts function together to equip the saints for the work of ministry.


7) MINN 5450 – Teaching with Power: Spirit-Anointed Teaching

This course focuses on the role of the Holy Spirit in teaching and ministry. Students learn how to create learning environments where biblical truth is communicated with spiritual power and effectiveness.


8) MLDS 5350 – Leading in the Spirit of Humility: Servant Leadership

A biblical study of leadership principles based on Christ’s example of servant leadership. Students examine key passages of Scripture related to leadership in the Church.


9) MLDS 5360 – The Delegation of God’s Authority: Supernatural Leadership

This course explores the biblical concept of spiritual authority and leadership. Students examine God’s original design for dominion and learn how to exercise spiritual authority in ministry.


10) PHIL 5255 – Developing a Global Worldview: World Religious Perspectives

Students gain a comparative understanding of the major religions and worldviews of the world, including Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, and others.


11) THEO 5475 – The Supernatural Power of the Blood Covenant

This course explores the biblical concept of covenant and its fulfillment through Jesus Christ. Students study covenant themes throughout Scripture and their significance for the believer.


12) MMIN 5900 – Master of Ministry Project / Thesis

Students complete a faculty-guided ministry project or thesis that integrates biblical knowledge with practical ministry application.
